Great service dealing with problems

You only find out how good a dealership is if you get a problem with your new car. I had 3 problems, the biggy was the air conditioning failed followed by a problem with one of the keys and the washer jets. All three problems were sorted in a short time frame working around my work schedule. The best bit was the attitude from John. His approach was positive to get the problems fixed as quickly as possible. Unlike some dealers who will try and fob you off. In short dealing with James Grace motors has been a very positive experience and I would heartily recommend them.
