Awful

Cars seem nice enough but customer service is awful. I think runs the showroom with his son, came across as grumpy, uninterested and frankly, just couldn't be bothered. They barely answer their phone either! They're lucky they have a fair bit of autonomy in Hatfield and surrounding areas - but with appalling customer service like that I received, I expect them to be out of business sooner rather than later.
