MISLEADING ADVERTISING

Appalling service and misleading advertising by Liberty Cars. Saw the perfect car for my son on the website so caught the train to Manchester to go and purchase and collect it, waited half an hour for the guy who was "10 mins away" . The advert said "full service just done" when he arrived I looked at the service book which showed no service had been done for about 5 years, he also confirmed that it hadn't been done. He offered to get it serviced or give me a small discount on the vehicle which I accepted at this stage as this was now my ride home! Did the deal and sat in the car waiting for the advertised air con to kick in only to find there was no air con! It was basically a completely different model to the one advertised, I go back in the office to tell him I don't want the car and can I have a refund to find him with his feet up smirking, his response "I sell 30 cars a month mistakes happen", not even an apology, complete waste of a day and trainfare which had to be hastily purchased to get home. Avoid at all costs pleased I didn't drive off in it because who knows what problems would have happened in the future. I would give zero if I could absolute joke of a business and owner.
