Worst customer service ever

Guest cars and commercials deliver the worst customer service ever... I bought a car from here and the very next day engine light on.... went back for a week to be told that they had spent £500 to fix it (egr valve)..hmmm Picked it up turned the key and guess what engine light... I asked if i got it fixed and sent them a quote before having the work done were they willing to pay? Answer yes of cause if its reasonable. I said not to worry as i work in the trade i will do it at cost. I quoted them on a new EGR valve and fitting £120.. Yes go ahead they said. The mechanic said that they had not changed the egr even though they had apparently spent £500 on a new one. Sent them the bill and no reply.. kept calling and the boss is going to call me back.. this went on everyday for a week. After no reply i went to see them, well..... After waiting 30 mins i got a cheque literally thrown at me. I checked it and they gave me £60 half the amount. I obviously questioned them to be told that this is what we agreed and if i dont like it to get out and they pushed me out the door. You will know the feeling if you meet them. Stay Away.
