Poor salesmen

Autotech Kent Car Sales were quick enough to take payment but doesn’t want to resolve problems with car he sold us. Very rude and aggressive over the phone to my partner after we stated we will get trading standards involved straight away our money was refunded and now our old car is back on he’s website without any of the work that needed doing to it being done 24hrs later.
