Wasn't told car had sold. Wasted time!

Very unhappy with the lack of service or communication from JCM Ltd. Very poor. Arranged to view a car with the plan to buy ad drive away same day. It's about 60+ miles away. They sold the car and didn't even let us know. Shockingly poor "service". No real apology. Just fobbed off with excuses. This is not the way you treat customers.
