Motability customer

When we first got our ordered our Motoability vehicle, Bishop & Bishop Leicester were brilliant. They were very acomadating. But after handing over money to them they changed their customer care to beyond rubbish. When there was some faults showing in the car we contacted them and they were not too pleased to see us. Also they had no idea as to the fault. Also when car indicated service, B&B were not pleased again with us and asked us to come after few more months have passed. Also after servicing the vehicle, it was not cleaned like with other companies. I would not go back to this company at all and give my hard earned money. The worst was they didn’t have a a automatic courtesy car that met my needs to use any time of servicing. Hence costing me money in taxis fares to stop at friends place, nor would they collect the car from our home. Totally disappointed with their service and their lack of manners.
