Unscrupulous

East Coast Salvage have been taken to trading standards after selling us a non road worthy car. Agreed after 5 years and many court visits to pay the £800 compensation over a year ago. Just received £21.05 apparently they have been allowed to pay monthly. Looked like they were taking to trading standards previously in 2010. How can they continue to operate.
