Appalling customer service

6 hours ago Started with friendly service over the phone with initial enquiries. However very different when I Visited to buy a Ford Focus estate. I had a thorough look over before test drive . I asked about the discrepancies in their advertised description and the car itself, he became abrupt, defensive and rude. He terminated the conversation. Subject to a test drive I would have bought the car at price advertised but clearly he didn’t want me to buy it. Dreadful customer service.
