Rubbish Customer Service

We telephoned EG Cars at 10:30am booking a test drive informing them that we would arrive between 2 pm & 3pm, they accepted our booking, we travelled for 2.5hrs only to be told by one of the sales staff that the vehicle had been sold, when we explained that we were not impressed as we had travelled from over 50 miles away one of the staff just laughed. DONT BOTHER THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR MONEY, most unprofessional bunch I have ever dealt with.
