Shocking experience

Drove 43 miles to a pre-arranged meeting to purchase car, cash and retention document (for new plate) in hand, only to find that the "salesman" who had confirmed the meeting was away, training..... Young lady was polite but despite my having an e-mail from her colleague with their offer outlined, came up with a completely new, more costly option. Apparently the sales manager she kept returning to could not be bothered to get off his chair..... TV advertising is no good if your staff are this bad
