Dan was very helpful and understanding on the initial call regarding the vehicle and what he would entertain on part exchange. On arrival the vehicle was easily accessible, in good condition and generally ready for inspection. Dan was not pushy at all and let us take our time going over the vehicle. We were allowed to take a test drive by ourselves and in the meantime Dan would look over and test drive our part exchange. We agreed on the price and transferred a deposit. It was after this that issues started cropping up. The vehicle had become disabled and it turned out in the end that the previous finance company had a tracker and immobilizer fitted that required a code to be entered monthly. So it was a few weeks after making payment before we could collect. At the time of collection we were told that the car had received a service and that the book had been stamped. This was false. The book had not been stamped and at best the vehicle had received an oil top-up. The service indicator had also not been reset. We were told that the battery had gone in one of the keys. Again, false, one of the advertised two keys was not in fact for the vehicle. We were told on the first visit that a fault with the advertised front/rear parking sensors would be fixed before collection. At collection, this had not been done and we were promised a replacement would be posted within 7 days. We foolishly drove the car away believing that at very least the parking module would be sent. After numerous conversations, much stalling, unreturned calls and messages over 3.5 months I believe that this will never be addressed. I cannot recommend them as they have not provided any level of after-care or indeed fulfilled their promises which is a shame given the rest of the experience was top-notch.
