shocking service

Very Very poor customer service ! we had a problem with our car which that main dealer could not fix 5 times in a row it went to be fixed, the head of customer service, lied too us regarding the repair and even invited a meeting with an engineer to which we did, the engineer admitted that he had turned the alarm off, we told them to replace the car as we had enough, they dragged there feet for months and i ended up pay 2k for a car of the same mileage year. when asked why it would cost me the answer was "well it owes us too much to just swap it wit yours" dont do business with this franchise
