Terrible

I've just bought a used Mercedes from them. I was told that there were two keys, but on the day of delivery only one could be found. "Not a problem I was told - we'll find the other key and you can come in and collect it". Since then, what have they done? Absolutely nothing. I've checked with the previous owner and Sparshatts definitely had the key, so where is it now? I'm stuck with a car which I daren't leave on my driveway overnight because somewhere within thirty miles of here is a key to my car... Needless to say that Sparshatts are now ignoring my calls and e-mails. A new key, plus deletion of the missing one, will be £378 at Mercedes - so this will probably end up with Money Claim On Line. You have been warned!!
