Do not use this dealer!! I brought a BMW 335i series for £16,500 back in December. I really did think they were nice, genuine car dealers but on the way back with my new car I noticed water coming in the window and when I got home water had also come in the boot. I called up straight away and kept getting fobbed off, eventually they pay for it to get fixed and they would pay, they sent a cheque eventually after 20 phone calls or so, and the cheque wasn't signed this was just a payment of £150 to a garage to see what was wrong with it, they refused to pay anything else. The customer service is awful, and the owner of the garage has never called me, its now February and I'm still waiting for the second key for the car that they said was sent in December and have just received a cheque that will nowhere near cover the cost of fixing the car! I've lost thousands, be WARNED do not use this dealer.
