Appalling Behaviour by Service Reception

Firstly they said they couldn't find my service appointment in the booking system but when I opened my email to find my appointment confirmation, there was already an email confirming that they had cancelled it while they were telling me there wasn't one. So they lied about the appointment but couldn't cover their tracks about cancelling it. They then said they had no parts for the recall or the repair that was supposed to be done. Why didn't they just call me to say that instead of wasting my time and fuel to drive all the way over there to lie about the appointment and to tell me they didn't have the parts to do the jobs. need to find a dealership that's open and honest and knows what they're doing!
