BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
Where do I start? When we met the salesman he was relatively polite. He walked us to where the car was stored (car park area, with poor lighting). Vehicle had multiple dents and scuffs which were strategically hidden in the pictures provided but it is to be expected when viewing a used car; However, when the vehicle technician I took with me recognised a fault with the air conditioning, the salesman became argumentative and tried encouraging me to drive it. The car itself drove well but during the drive, the salesman continuously answered phone calls and repeatedly said "They haven't said no yet, call me back in 5" THEN said to me "are you having it?". During the test drive, the salesman's breath was enough to send anyone running, but we persevered. Once back, my vehicle technician asked to look at the 'part service history' so we packed in to a tiny little lift and went to his 'office'. Again, the salesman asked "you having it or not?", whilst the "part service history" (which consisted of two service stamps from when the car was near enough new) was being looked at. So... despite the two service stamped "part service history", hole in the rear door card, the need for a new ac pump/conditioner and four (curbed within an inch of their life) alloys, lack of invoices, various dents and a breath that could strip wall paper, we made an offer; we'd travelled a fair way and I liked the colour of the car. The salesman argued that the ac fix (which he seemed to now acknowledge was a problem) would cost no more than £60 to fix as he'd coincidentally enquired about this on another vehicle, and claimed the vehicle technician was lying about it being considerably more! The salesman then began to speak over us and said "you're wasting my time", "zero on the lift and out the door". Overall, disgusting service, disgusting attitude, disgusting breath and above all, rude! Keep your distance; save yourself unnecessary hassle!
