Very poor after care
I recently purchased a car and within 4 weeks the engine management light came on. Car Connect sent me to a garage on a Saturday for diagnoses and that was the last I heard until I chased up the outcome just over a week later. Car Connect then said they knew nothing about it and I should take the car to my local garage. This resulted in 5 faults and several hundred pounds worth of garage fees that now their warranty company (autoguard) are refusing to help with. When viewing cars - take a mechanic with you...
