Appalling service

I have purchased a car from them and found out that there are few issues with it but I didn’t worry too much at the beginning as I knew I have paid for 3 months warranty and they should sort this out. They have changed the gearbox seal but after this never managed to identify other two issues. When I have told them that I will go to another garage they refused to pay for car to be fixed, and offered a full refund for the car( never mentioned anything about deductions). Only after I have taken car back to them they have told me that I have done too much mileage and they will charge 25p per mile. So I have ended up with no car and another £1000 deducted from my deposit. This company is not clear about their T&C’s. Be aware!!!
