Valet service lets them down

Saw a car that I ended up buying. On test drive there was a sticker on the dash was informed awaiting a specialised service to remove. When i went to collect (after supposed valet) not only were kiddies feet marks on the back of drivers seat the sticker was still there. Complained and had an email "asking me to phone" to sort it out. Not them phone ME to phone. The manager supposedly did phone me but have NO record of my phone receiving missed calls. Issues were resolved quickly.
