I bought an Audi from MY Autos, I would never deal with them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else, They advertised the car as having had a recent cambelt change but after buying it I contacted the previous owner as I became suspicious of a hand written entry in the service book stating the cambelt had been changed. The previous owner told me the car had never had the cambelt changed. When I contacted MY Auto about it they phoned me up at 1.00am being abusive. They refused to accept liability and wouldn't pay for the cambelt to be replaced. It was now overdue and I had to get it changed and pay for it myself, then took them to court. I won and they had to pay the cost of the cambelt change and my court costs as well although it still took ages to get my money back as they still didn't pay and I had to get baliffs to recover the money which took several months. Throughout the whole time they denied receiving letters and kept avoiding the baliff when he visited. If you are thinking about buying a car from them, I'd go somewhere else, no matter how good the car looks. It is just not worth the risk.
