Great service

I'd been looking for a used Skoda Yeti for some time to replace my ageing Octavia. I'd looked briefly at one on-line at the Cinderford dealership, which then sold very quickly, but Will Paget, the manager, had my phone number flagged up as interested in a Yeti and when a suitable price, year and model came up he phoned me, made me a decent offer on my Octavia, as he shrewdly and quickly realised that my not so far getting a fair price for it from anywhere else was what was stopping me taking the plunge, and we arranged to look the Yeti over and have a test drive. I bought it immediately after. Just exactly what I was looking for at the right price. Quite honestly, nothing seems to be too much trouble for Will. He pointed out some minor bodywork flaws in the car which he assured me would be put right (they were), he breezes through the paperwork, arranges the repairs, servicing, MoT, valeting, tax and what-not (all done as promised) and is a very personable and likeable gent. Everything is done that needs to be done and it's done when he says it will be. I couldn't fault any aspect of his handling of my purchase at all. Money well spent I think, and this is from someone who ordinarily views car salesmen with some degree of scepticism. Well done Will.
