Absolutely awful experience Went and viewed a van on a Saturday he was Swearing and was smoking and was not professional at all I then see the van I wanted and liked it so carried on with finance which the dealer messed up. On the Wednesday i passed the finance checks and even received the confirmation email and agreement then I then gets a call of him after he spotted his mistake and had to submit another credit check which was declined Therefore this affected my excellent credit score then tried to cover his tracks and persistently lied throughout the whole course of my experience with him. Telling me that 6 months ago I applied for credit at another address which was A complete lie I checked my report with Experian no such thing had happened He even applied for more finance through another company called close brothers without my consent or even reading the terms which he pulled my details of the system to do so. I’m upset and yes bitter They have treated me terribly keeping me hanging on for 2 days constantly. In the end I pulled the plug on deal As my trust in these people slowly faded. I believe because Phil and jb wasn’t making the commission they wanted they lied to damage the finance on this deal My advice is to stay away From this company
