Genuine dealer

Left a deposit of £100 on an SLK Kompressor. I later found out that the model they were selling didn't have aircon. This was a must for me. I returned and explained my concerns. Without hesitation the dealer returned my deposit and wished me well in my search for an SLK Kompressor. How genuine a dealer is that? Many thanks Abid.
