Left a small deposit with Trade Link Cars on 16 plate fiesta after I had a brief viewing while I waited for my finance to come through which I had arranged my self So on the18th went to pick up car but wanted to make sure I was buying a GENIUNE car and before I depart with £8000 I asked for original sevice book answer was no we dont have it and they had one that showed that the garage had seviced it(oil was still so dirty though) so I asked for log book so I could check who owned it Answer was we have no log book either ! That made me even more suspicious so I gave the car a thorough check and found out that the car had been used as a driving instructors car because under the carpet of front passengers foot well it had at some time dual controls fitted! Which I am sure the sale person knew but didn't te'll me of even though I told him I was a driving instructor and was buying the car for my business I was told very rudely they didn't know it but I don't believe them so I didn't buy the car (Thanks God) In my opinion the car had done lot more mileage than 23000! I wouldn't trust them guys ever again ! Oh I didn't get my deposit back either:(
