Terrible attitude

My job is to inspect businesses for customer service and quality of the customer journey. I visited Jr Motor Company with my wife to buy a Porsche Boxster. The attitude from Ian to start with was as you'd expect however as soon as we started talking figures and small niggles with the car we was bombarded with a defensive rude attitude. I had the money to buy the car but wasn't willing to pay the full asking price which in correlation with the niggles was fair enough seeing the car was over top book glasses guide anyway. But sadly the attitude after from Ian was very disappointing so we left with the money only to buy a Porsche from another Porsche specialist just the next day at the same money with no niggles. Sadly as much as I wanted to have a good experience I had quite the opposite. Mr Jones
