Dreadful customer service - do not use
Paid £1150 for a '06' plate car on 10/3/18 and it broke down 16/5/18 whilst travelling on motorway. Had to get it towed back as the timing belt had snapped. Rang Darrell at Snelston Motors who said contact Warranty wise as its covered with them (it was sold with a 6 months warranty). They will not cover timing belt (which he should know as it states on his website that Snelston is an approved warranty wise dealer) so went back to Snelston. Trading standards say our warranty is with the garage under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as the goods are not of satisfactory quality. Snelston refusing to repair so got to take this further through the courts if necessary. Dont deal with this person/garage as this is what happens, they are great whilst selling a car but dont want to know afterwards. Wouldnt give 1 star but wont let you proceed otherwise.
