The worst car dealer

I bought a 2005 Mitsubishi Shogun 3.2DiD in October 2017, the day I sent a colleague to Leeds to collect it we reported a stalling fault with the car which was very dangerous as it was happening on the motorway! There is no way the dealer did not know about this fault! I was taking the car and already had it booked on a ferry, one of the owners John (Ajay) Seedersan said he knew what the fault was and sent me a link to a £35 part on Ebay and said he would pay to have it fixed. Once in Spain i took it to a UK mechanic who did an inspection and a report as a common vehicle in Spain who said the fuel pump was faulty, he took it to a fuel pump specialist who agreed. I threatened legal action against them via my solicitors, who wrote them a letter that they claim they never received, and just before I actually took them court I agreed to give the car back to them for them to repair it at their cost, so I arranged at vast cost to me to have the car brought back from Spain to AJ Car Sales where Ajay said he has been speaking to his business partner Mike Singh (don't know his real name) who had agreed that they would repair the car at their cost, by this time it was December 2017. They then had the car for a further 3 months and kept saying that they were waiting for parts, and generally fobbing me off. One night I just got totally fed up with being given the run around so I sent a text message and an email to Ajay stating that if the car is not ready to collect on the 5th March then I will just commence court proceedings against him and AJ Car Sales. When I called his mobile phone the next day, a female answered, and stated that Ajay had died that morning, and that I should call his business partner Mike, which I did, he conveniently denied all knowledge of being Ajay's (Johns) business partner and said he was merely the landlord for AJ Car Sales, so I could arrange to collect my car. Having spoken to Mike he stated that they started my car no problem and it was ready to collect, and that I needed to collect it quickly or he would start charging me storage to keep the car in his yard!!!! I duly arranged to send to of my employees at my cost up to Leeds to collect the car, however when they got there, the car would not start at all, and others in the yard claimed it had not been started or worked on since it arrived there in December 2017, there was no way that the car was going to start especially as it had a flat battery. So Mike had lied that the car started fine. I then at additional huge expense to me, had to have the car recovered and brought down south to a trusted Mitsubishi Shogun specialist in Basingstoke on March 26th, who stated that they could not get the car started at all, and they sent it to Mitsubishi themselves for inspection, who stated that someone had done something and blown up the ECU including the EFI system, which would cost in excess of £3000 to repair, and this is on top of the £3750 it has cost so far to try and get this car fixed at AJ Car Sales Expense. Mike then told me a week later he was going to Johns funeral, which is odd as people in UK don't get buried that quickly, And, from what I can tell they are still trading. I am now about to take the company to court to try and recover some if not all of what I have lost on this car, which is now well in excess of £8k including the cost of the car, which is now completely off the road and unusable, and I am only keeping it so the court can decide what to do with it now.
