Before buying the car from College Motors I requested to drive it. I was told that I didn't need to worry as it has been driven by them and is fine. Call me gullible. I mentioned that the front screen demister wasn't working properly and was told it was actually fine. So, anyway, yup, I bought the car:( It smelt really strongly of mould, my usual car servicer and repairer pointed out a lot of rust underneath and suggested I use it for 12 months and sell it. A lot of knocking underneath the car which, 5 months later, I still can't afford to fix. Something to do with the steering column? Anti roll bar link? Which just have been spotted after my taking it back. Front screen demister still not working and they actually refused to fix it and even suggested I use my insurance to get it fixed. CD player is still faulty. Don't know how much that will cost either. Am I miserable? Sure am. Am I angry? You can be sure of it. Put the phone down on me despite my patience. I rang back and suggested that you can't speak to your customers that way. His excuse? We are busy, too busy looking after new customers and not even trying to please the ones they have I guess. So, I'm actually an easy going sort of fella and it wouldn't have cost much to keep me happy, so now I feel obliged to let others know what an awful experience I've had. I just don't know what do do. Can't afford the work on this car. Overspent on it already. Very dissatisfied ,angry,upset like so many others. This car will now, never be in full working order as I just don't have funds to do it.
