Poor customer service

I have just bought a VW TOUAREG from border cars in workington over £20k. On the MOT advisory it has oil leak from engine/gearbox which I was told it was residual oil from a turbo change. I had the car home for just over a week and I thought it was still leaking oil so I asked for the car to be collected. I was brought up a courtesy car until mine was fixed I was told I would receive it back with the amount of fuel that it went down with which was over 1/2 a tank about £50. I received a call to say that there was no oil leak and that it could have come from the A/C which I accepted. 2 days later I got a call to say my car wouldn't be brought to me for 4 or 5 days. As I was off the next day I said I would go down ( over 150 miles) and collect my car and return the courtesy car all washed and returned with more fuel in it than I got it with ( over 1/2 a tank) when I got down and was told where my car was I seen it was dirty and when I got in and started the car it had 25 miles worth of fuel left in the that. I asked the mechanic to speak to someone and an office guy came out and told me that because there was nothing wrong with the car they wouldn't put any fuel in it which is disgusting as this could have left me and my daughter miles from home. They are fantastic when selling you a car but once you have it the customer service is crap. I must say the salesman ( Craig) and some of the staff are great but there service manager and guys in the garage that were laughing at us are shocking. I wouldn't recommend Border Cars Workington to my worst enemy.
