Thornes of Wolverhampton are simply sensational!!! Adam was away on his holiday but his lovely partner was there as he promised to show the vehicle to us. Nicola was on time and conscious that she may not be as knowledgeable as Adam as she didn’t actually sell the vehicles but she needed not to worry. Every question was answered honestly and straightforwardly indeed she asked the mechanic that was dropping a car back to them from mot to advise us on the servicing intervals and general maintenance while she went to get the trade plates for our test drive which she insisted we took. This was for us to check out the car to see if it was everything we expected and to see if we were happy with it, all nice little touches which gave us confidence in them as people along with the car we obviously were as we elected to purchase the car and it’s been an absolute gem!! Fantastic car price, nothing was too much trouble for either of them as we collected from Adam upon his return, we found them both friendly and sincere. Well done to this family run business we will be purchasing our next car from them.
