Terrible customer service

I bought a second hand Renault Captur from this garage back in March 2018. There were issues with the vehicle on collection which should have been noticed and dealt with by the garage before sale which was not very impressive. However that is not my biggest issue. The reason I would not recommend this garage is due to the customer service or rather lack of it in relation to rectifying these issues. We have had to chase them up endlessly by phone and e-mail. We have had an extremely poor response from both the salesman and the branch manager. Now over two months since purchasing the car I am still waiting to be refunded for insurance cover I had to arrange for a courtesy car, and all the original issues have still not all been resolved. It is concerning that this branch of Arnold Clarke seems incapable of providing even a semi-professional service to its customers.
