Sold me a write of

My partner bought a van at Kinson Motor Co less than a month ago. We had to get the van towed to a garage a week ago because smoke came from the bonnet. Since then the garage have told us it will cost several hundreds to fix. We have called kinson motor company to discuss warranty but each time we have been lied to and hung up on a number of times. We are now having to try and go through the courts to sort it out.
