BEWARE

beware of this company and make sure you get your own independent inspection done on the car you want as I did not and deeply regret it as when I went to look at a car they were not very helpful as if they was not bothered left me to it I paid nearly £6000 for a car they said that they would mot it valet it and mop it to get rid of the big scratch on the back so when I go to pick it up nothing had been done it apart from the mot it had 2 advisory’s on it for 2 front tyres saying close to the limit when I questioned all of it he said it wasn’t being valeted or mopped I felt intimidated by all of them as they said take it or leave it even tho in the ad it said it would be valeted and the car had been fully paid for so in I thought I’d get it cleaned myself so I took it and on the way home went to get the tires looked at as do not fancy the 6 points the tyre garage said it needs 2 new front tyres and the tracking was out would be lucky to get a week out of them on the way to the garage the Diesel engine seemed noisy as could here it over the stereo so I took it to another garage to get it looked at as the noise vibrated though the car so obviously there was something wrong with the car when it was sold to me I contacted cars 2 u and they did not care to contact the warranty I have asked to reject the car as I have only had the car 3 days and they refused and said I couldn’t return it I have now contacted trading standards and the finance company to try and get them to take the car back as the warranty is not going to Cover what is wrong with this car and tonight when I put this on the engine management light came on please be aware of this company when they’ve got there money and you drive of they don’t care I am now going to have weeks possibly months of a fight to get my money back and have to pay the finance till it goes back and can not use it don’t fall like i did BEWARE
