BEWARE - SALES NEVER RETURNS CALLS

I have recently sold my Mercedes Vito van privately and wanted a new replacement with funds available to proceed - in fact I was going to take Mercedes Finance on a stock van. sales advised me there was no better time to buy with manufacturers support and other additional discounts on certain vans! Yes, all positive so far then. He was due to call me back by the return of business Friday - that deadline went aside. I contacted him again and said he was just getting some vehicle lists through - again no return call. I then sent an email to the new vans sales manager but even at this level there was no response back to me in any form. I have since bought elsewhere - but Cicely Commercials........ what an utter waste of time! Appalling service - be ware all you guys wanting to buy - my advise call another retail Mercedes Van dealer.
