bad service

I bought a megane last year and eas told that the rip in the leather on driver seat would be repaired. I have rang multiple times and visited showroom to be told everytime that the mechanic is busy or on holiday or that i would receive a call to take my car to the mechanic at home. Im still waiting. I also had to spend 300 on an mot as several problems were found that would have been advisorys/failures on the mot that james said they had done. No service was performed either as they would have noticed that the blowers didnt work and that the aircon was empty. I found a used condom down the side of the rear seat also. Shamefull service
