Free tea but they ruin your car

They do do free tea and coffee; and they are nice to you. But the work, care and attention they put into maintaining and repairing your car is appalling First example: broke my hands free kit while replacing an airbag. They arranged a visit to fix it but it's never been the same since Second example: bumper needed a repair. Took it in, got a quote, agreed the work. When I went to collect the car the bumper was hanging of the bodywork and the quality of the paintwork was bad - really amateur. Took it back, agreed what needed to be done and when I went to collect it it was STILL substandard - the bumper was now attached to the bodywork, but there were very obvious abrasions and defects in the paint. So I am now waiting for a call to book in my THIRD visit to fix a minor bumper ding I dunno what's up with these guys. It's feels they just take zero pride in their work (odd for a Japanese company), and are ok with sending out substandard work. But you do get free tea and coffee.
