Bad dealers

Bought Lexus of almost 5000.and was told full service will be done before picking up Only to know they didn’t do that. Tyre had a cut, wipers were gone that wasn’t changed yet it pass MoT because they own the garage. My log hasn’t come in since 2mouths now wrote to them no one bother to call me to find out my problem were . Lastly my car keep smoking from time to told about this and nothing has been done about . My customer experience with them is zero
