Poor customer service
Arrived filtering s telephone call from a motability customer to advise that there was a loud rubbing noise from under the car. On arrival we were greeted with a not so friendly male staff member who let us know that that didn't take bookings. However as we were motability customers they'd have to look at it. He came back send accursed that they didn't have break pads and would need to be ordered from England. I told them that the noise was the guard under the car and that the car had been serviced approx 1 month ago. He said that the boys in the garage heard me come in and asked us to take a seat . I them advised him to look at the car first. He came back and asked "What happened that" in a very cheeky attitude. He then told me to go to the shopping centre and he'd ring me. I advised him that as I an disabled I was unable to walk any distances. He replied in a sarcastic manner "I've told you it's only across the road" We remained seated in the waiting area and not as much as a glass of water was offered I definitely wouldn't be rating their customer service not will I be back through their door.
