My daughter recently bought a Ford Galaxy from this garage . The car was well presented and the salesman, Glen, was really good. He did NOT try the 'Hard Sell' but instead gave us plenty of time to look over the car and ask questions (to which he knew the answers, unlike some other dealers!!) . The test drive was not hurried and gave us plenty time to assess the car etc. When we collected it, every thing we agreed had been done on it and it also came with a good warranty and breakdown cover, so my daughter was able to drive away with confidence. To date, as expected, the car is running very well. Well done , you can certainly teach some of the 'bigger boys' a thing about customer satisfaction and selling cars. Thank you.
