Service is getting worse

Two vehicles in two days. No return of promised phone calls, hard to get in touch with. Incredibly poor service and one of them did not even get the complimentary washing service and had to return to get the service light reset. Thinking it might be more advantageous to travel the extra distance to the new VW dealership in Swindon.
