Bought a 2012 SLK 200 just over a year ago now,i am about 15 miles from Hamlet Neston had a minor issue after the sale Tim the owner was injured and it was difficult to see him direct,but soon as he was available he sorted me out he was even willing to refund me the full price of the SLK and return my part ex and this was several weeks after my purchase so i respect that. I have in the year of owning my car popped in to view stock and they have even removed error codes on the spot if they had the time and today again removed an error code i suspect my Racechip triggered,this was done because i was an existing customer out of my warranty even for zero charge so do not believe they have no after care as when they had time they were willing to help,i would buy again from Hamlet as i think if your case is good Tim would sort you out or refund you.
