Bought a car in october 2017 ,

bought a car in october 2017, reported to them in mid dec 2017 , that car had problems,engine management promises made, lot my money spent which was to refunded, sent to many of dealers mechanics , who probably in cahoots with the dealer, could not repair, fed up but cannot contact the owner, and no response , so now I have to proceed legally through courts
