Aggressive and rude . We rented a van and told them we only now need for one day, said that’s okay cancel and rebook the one day, I informed him we required to rent again in a few weeks, he said ‘that’s no problem, I will discount your next rental accordingly’ when we returned the van early I asked for a note of confirmation for the day we were owed. He aggressively replied, ‘NO WAY, YOU SHOULD OF CANCELLED AND REBOOKED WHEN I GAVE YOU THE CHANCE. I work in retail and can assure that anyone who purchased a car from this company will be sadly disappointed with the aftercare and expect corners to be cut. You have been warned !
