caused a lot of stress

Several months ago I was sold & delivered a car from this dealership who lied about the car and paperwork and refused to take return, ignoring consumer rights. Currently taking them to court (autotrader has assisted) and have also reported dealer to trading standards, yet dealer is still utilizing every delay tactic possible and constantly making up new lies in their defense, despite that it will be very easy to prove otherwise when we get to court. They have caused myself a lot of stress and money issues.
