AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COST

Bought in my perfectly working car to have an engine clean to improve its performance, however, what I got back was a car with nothing but problems from the second It was collected from the garage. Staff member was absolutely appalling regarding his customer service and was not willing to fix the damage he caused, despite this damage being confirmed by two other independent garages. He also appears to have the ability to run a diagnostic on your car to then recommend you having more work done (unknowing that we had already had this done 10 months previous but nevertheless advised us we had an old damaged part!! The same diagnostics were carried out in the other garages to which the faults were undetected, surprise surprise! Additional to this, we arrived back at the garage half hour before our expected time of arrival to find that our car was not there and that he was out driving it with half a tank of petrol used upon its return! Now that's what I call service! Completely rude man, knows what he has done but acts as though he has no idea what the customer is asking about. Needless to say, very angry and upset that our family car has been messed up with little regard from the garage, despite them knowing that we drive children around in this car. PLESE AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!!! Will be taking this further!
