Great buy and after sales service

It's difficult to know what you are getting from a used car, but I've found Focus to be very fair. Holly is the friendly-but-unintimidating face of the forecourt and test drive, and Harry is the manager. I got a good price, and agreed a warranty and a few adjustments. They made minor adjustments after the first day and replaced a broken intercooler after 6 weeks no questions asked, and gave me a courtesy car while being repaired. I've bought cars in the same price range from other dealers, but will likely go back to focus next time.
