RUBBISH at bristol st renault gloucester

Do not rely on Bristol street motors Gloucester for any after sales help,even if you have paid for extended warranty,they are very poor in every aspect except selling you a car. you phone sales and you get a very quick response, phone workshop/front desk you get no response,oops sorry they did answer 2 times out of 26 attempts for a progress report. my duster would not start late feb 2018,recovered to Bristol st Renault by AA. collected 1 wk later,[informed they had to reboot fuel pump, A JOB THAT TAKES AN HOUR MAX] 8 days later same fault pick up 1 wk later[rebooted computer,1HOUR MAX] ihad to pay 120 00.then MARCH 12TH same fault,its now APRIL 27TH ,AND WOULD YOU BELIEVE IT,ITS STILL THERE ,I THINK ?.AVOID THE PLACE WHAT EVER YOU DO.THE SERVICE IS NONE EXISTING,THE EXTENDED WARRANTY IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON,THE TELEPHONES DONT WORK AND I HAVE NOT A GOOD WORD FOR THE PLACE,[I COULD THINK OF PLENTY OF POOR WORDS ,BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO SPELL THEM. GOOD ADVICE IS TO GIVE THE PLACE A WIIIIIIIIIDE BIRTH .
