Very Disappointed

Very disappointed with customer service received when visiting to test drive and potentially buy a car worth £6000. I was told by the owner “ you’ve timed this a bit late haven’t you “ Where is his customer service to a new customer , and obviously not really interested in a potential sale from a new customer either - I was greeted with a ‘ I’m going home I’m afraid’ attitude and was told maybe you can come back another day even after I had mentioned I had dropped by especially with my elderly mother and six month old baby who were with me in the back of my car - terrible customer service
