Disgusting customer service!!

Absolutely appalled by this 'company'. Lied about the MOT, mileage, full service history. Showed up with my dad and the dealer didn't even bother turning up and there was no service history. Spoke to him on the phone where he used strong and offensive language instead of apologizing. No legitimacy about any aspect of this so called business. Got the car home and serviced, the problems have come to the outrageous cost of £500. Only got this car yesterday. Used to be called WMS now 'used toyota motor specialists'. Police and relevant motoring regulation bodies have been informed.
